1. Sales team

We have a vacancy in the Tamworth, (UK) sales team for an Internal Sales position

Accountabilities include:

  • Assist in quotation preparation
  • Follow up on maintenance quotes
  • Help promote Events and Webinars (Email and sales calling)
  • Coordinate floor walking for enhanced support to top 30 customers
  • Conduct research into potential industry sectors and competitors
  • Performing research on accounts to help increase interest in the organisation
  • Provide call and email cover to sales team during holidays
  • Attend shows and events to assist on the stand (Theorem or Resellers)
  • Maintain the CRM quality

Necessary experience:

  • Proficiency with various computer software systems
  • Ability to comfortably talk to others
  • Ability to make cold calls to generate new clients
  • Good written and oral communication skills for creating professional documents and giving presentations to interested clients
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to listen to concerns and handle criticism without taking it personally
  • Willingness to travel to give presentations, meet with potential customers, attend conferences, trade shows, and other events.

2. Consulting team

We have a vacancy in the Tamworth, (UK) technical consulting team 

A technical consultant is responsible for the various software focused tasks within the team. These include issuing of software licenses, production of manuals/documentation, generation and delivery of training and training material, configuration and customization tasks and technical support of Theorem software products.

Accountabilities include:

  • Act as a product champion for a range of Theorem products across the TRANSLATE, PUBLISH and VISUALIZE portfolio.
  • Liaison with key strategic partners 
  • Key account liaison
  • Pre-sales product demonstrations
  • Training on Theorem products
  • Customer service/support
  • Delivery of projects

Essential skills:

  • Familiarity of modern professional CAD systems (CATIA, NX or CREO preferred, but experience of  Solidworks, Inventor or Solid Edge would be fine)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer engagement skills
  • Able to resolve complex problems
  • Willing to travel (worldwide)
  • Degree or equivalent experience in an engineering/technology based field
  • Analytical approach to problem solving
  • Delivery focused

Desirable skills:

  • Experience with Project Story boarding techniques
  • Familiar with advanced and/or immersive visualization technologies
