The Role:

Theorem is looking for an energetic Customer Success Executive who will be a key addition to the existing sales team, responsible for delivering a consistent new business pipeline. Role Responsibilities

  • Client prospecting and booking new business meetings for Theorem Account Managers
  • Initiating new business pipeline crucial for business growth
  • Log and update activity through CRM system (Hubspot) to support you and the team in tracking and achieving targets
  • Utilise social media as a social selling tool and to help you establish your brand within the industry
  • Lead nurturing – managing and progressing Marketing Qualified Leads
  • Provide regular customer feedback to Sales and Technical Directors
  • Execution and support for marketing campaigns
  • Delivery and execution of a prospecting plan – liaise closely with the Sales Director
  • Attend events and exhibitions as necessary to raise company profile
  • Provide sales support on marketing campaigns when required including events, offers and incentives
  • Build prospect reports and build your own knowledge of your target market

Software Developer

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in an Engineering Computing related discipline, (e.g. Maths, Engineering, Computing, Physics, etc), with a background in CAD based programming (e.g. 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA V6, CATIA V5, NX, Creo, Solidworks, etc) A knowledge or experience in developing software solutions using one or more of the following tools C/C++, C#. Knowledge of Javascript, Perl, Python, SQL and XML will also be of interest.

Strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this role; together with the following key skills:

  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm to work
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own workload
  • Ability to grasp new information quickly and apply it

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Software Development

The key responsibilities for the Software Developer role are:

  • Work to support the wider development team in the delivery of software solutions for existing and new product offerings
  • Creation of prototype solutions for future product offerings
  1. Consultancy Project Support

The Software Developer role will provide development support in the delivery of consultancy projects.

  1. Product Qualification Testing

Theorem Solutions provide major updates of product to their customers throughout the year. The Software Development role will support the QA process by testing products prior to release and reporting issues when found.

Training

Whilst previous experience is highly desirable, full on the job training will be provided to ensure that the Software Developer fully understands the Theorem development environment. The company will also provide any additional training felt necessary for the successful candidate to succeed in this role.

Benefits

The starting salary for this role will be influenced by qualifications and experience. A performance related bonus is also included in the package.
