Account Manager

The Role
Theorem is looking for an energetic Account Manager who is able to articulate the technology benefits of XR to new prospects. Training on Theorem’s technology and it’s benefits will be provided and you will be joining a highly ambitious and motivated team that want to see you succeed. Theorem is looking for a driven self-starter who is hungry to make new contacts, who will routinely attend new business meetings (in-person and remote), and who will deliver consistent sales pipeline growth. Role Responsibilities
- Client prospecting and new customer acquisition
- Source new opportunities from existing clients and proactively identify new sales prospects
- Prospecting to support your own and marketing run outbound campaigns
- Log and update activity through CRM system (Hubspot) to support you and the team in tracking and achieving targets
- Utilise social media as a social selling tool and to help you establish your brand within the industry
- Lead nurturing – managing and progressing Marketing Qualified Leads
- Provide regular customer feedback to Sales and Technical Directors
- Execution and support for marketing campaigns
- Delivery and execution of a sales and account plan – liaise closely with the Sales Director
- Attend events and exhibitions as necessary to raise company profile
- Provide sales support on marketing campaigns when required including events, offers and incentives
- Build prospect reports and build your own knowledge of your target market
- Establish long-term customer and internal relationships based on trust
- Maintain regular contact with established accounts to maximise customer value and to upsell/cross sell as necessary.
Experience and Qualifications (desired, not necessarily required)
- Educated to degree level
- First-rate communication and written English skills – only highly articulate and effective communicators will be successful in this role
- 3+ years experience working in a sales, telesales, or telemarketing position
- Customer facing experience – able to demonstrate aptitude and suitability in a previous role
- Experience using Hubspot CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Knowledge of: the XR market, engineering design (CAD) and manufacturing processes and associated software
- Experience of using social media for business

You Have:

Your Role:
Technical sales consultant for the Theorem-XR product suite
Due to the emerging nature of the XR industry, it is understood that selling XR technology requires a nurtured, consultative sale. In this role the candidate will be expected to lead customer engagements in partnership with the sales team to deliver a high-quality experience for prospective customers. Key duties for this role include:
- Develop and maintain proficiency in presenting standard XR demonstrations both online and onsite
- Building of content for solution propositions
- Understanding customer needs and requirements developing and demonstrating an appropriate solution
- Scheduling and attending onsite meetings at potential client sites. With or without Sales attendance
- Building and nurturing a network within existing and potential client companies
- Gathering client requirements to help define the product road map
- Writing and delivery of high-quality technical proposal documents
- Collaborating with Marketing team to product high quality marketing collateral
- Supporting Theorem products at trade events and/or presentations at forums

XR Developer

We are seeking a software developer with at least 2 years of experience in Unity 3D, to work in our XR development team. Candidates with Unreal, or other real-time 3D software experience will also be considered. This role is a great opportunity to continue your software development career in a rapidly expanding sector, and work with the newest VR/AR/MR devices to deliver real value to our customers.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a Computing, Maths or Engineering related discipline, and have experience developing software using Unity (C#) or Unreal (C++). An understanding of 3D geometry/CAD will also be beneficial.

- Follow requirements defined by our Consultancy and QA teams, to improve our current software by creating and integrating new functionality
- Assist our QA department in finding and resolving problems in our XR software
Other responsibilities include:
- Maintain Jira task tickets by adding comments to allow the XR Development Manager to fully understand the progress of work being undertaken, and any problems that may arise
- Support other members of the XR team with development work, and suggest new approaches and hardware/software that will improve Theorem’s XR offering
- Interface with other teams to help define new tasks and requirements, by using current knowledge of the XR products
Training:
Previous experience is highly desirable, although full on the job training will be provided to ensure that the XR Developer fully understands the Theorem development environment.
