We are pleased to announce the latest release of CADverter (V22.2) for CATIA V5i <> Parasolid.

Designed specifically for companies who have limited or no access to the CATIA V5 application, but who need to create or read Parasolid data from CATIA V5 and vice versa, Theorem’s CATIA V5i <> Parasolid CADverter is a high quality, cost effective translation solution designed to help solve the issue of working with and sharing incompatible data formats.

Using CADverter, CATIA V5 users can create and consume Parasolid data without needing access to a license of the CATIA V5 application.

Theorem’s CATIA V5i <> Parasolid is a bi-directional direct database converter between the Dassault Systems’ V5 modelling application and the Siemens’ Parasolid geometric modelling kernel. It has been developed using the Spatial Interop Development Environment and supports all CATIA V5 revisions up to V5-6R2019, and all versions of Parasolid up to and including V31.

Our CATIA V5i <> Parasolid solution helps support collaboration between companies, their customers and suppliers, enabling original 3D mechanical design data to be re-used in downstream activities helping to increase data quality and reduce overall project costs.

Our solutions are built with development tools and APIs supplied and are supported by the major CAD vendors that we have strategic partnerships with. This means we do not reverse engineer and can provide you with a robust application that offers full control over data preparation and optimization for the target formats.

Our strategic partnership with Spatial and Siemens ensures that there is a parallel development between the latest releases of CATIA V5 and Parasolid, and Theorem’s CADverter products, allowing us to continue to provide quality and robust data solutions for CATIA V5 and Parasolid users.
