20th September 2023

Join us for D3D live 2023 at the Warwick Arts Centre on the 20th September in Coventry, UK on booth A15/A16. Our team will be showcasing the latest developments in Extended Reality (XR) Technology using TheoremXR, allowing engineering and manufacturing companies to visualize their 3D design data in context and at full scale using the latest Augmented (AR), Mixed (MR), and Virtual Reality (VR) devices. We will also be discussing CADPublish, our 3D PDF Publishing Solution enabling collaboration and data sharing through interactive documentation, as well as CADTranslate, our range of robust direct CAD translation tools supporting 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA V5, CREO, JT and NX.

Clair Baxter, a Senior Account Manager with over a decade of experience of helping engineering and manufacturing companies extend the value of their design data will be hosting a presentation on the topic of “Applying Extended Reality (XR) Technology to Design & Manufacturing Processes,” with a focus on Valiant TMS and their adoption of XR. Please check out the schedule and make sure that it is on your to-do list whist at the show

TheoremXR delivers XR experiences for a range of manufacturing and design related tasks, including Immersive Visualization, Factory Layout Planning, Design Review, Visual Digital Twin, and Training Guides.

Since engineering and manufacturing teams are often spread over multiple locations, taking advantage of the remote collaboration capabilities of XR to conduct design reviews and other meetings virtually can significantly reduce travel time and associated costs for in person meetings. And the reduction in design, development, early-stage prototyping, layout planning, and training time is also enabling teams to work more efficiently.

In addition to our XR experiences Theorem also offers the ability to prepare and optimize design data for XR. The Theorem Visualization Pipeline provides a fully automated CAD data preparation process. Once optimized the data can be used in TheoremXR’s experiences or users can create Unity or Unreal assets for use in internally developed XR solutions.

“Theorem Solutions is always evolving, much like XR technology itself, and this growth is guided by customer requirements. Theorem began over 30 years ago with our flagship product CADverter, our CAD translation software. Over time we’ve added to our product line-up with 3D PDF and then extended reality solutions.” says Marketing Director Kevin Levy. “Shows like D3D LIVE are a great opportunity to learn about what new challenges the industry faces, talking to engineers and manufactures about their experiences. Our team is passionate about utilizing our knowledge of the traditional design world to transform technology adoption in the emerging and fast-growing XR market.”

It can be difficult to understand what these technologies can do for your businesses without experiencing them, so come and see us on booth A15/A16 and try out XR, and 3D PDF for yourself.
