A close associate of mine, who assured me of your ability to assist me in my

I am Col. BELLO MOHAMMED, commandant Directorate of Finance and Supply in the 
UNITA Force.  I am also a cousin to the assassinated rebel leader of the 
National Union for the total Independence of Angola (UNITA), Dr.Jonas Savimbi. 
I have been actively involved in the running of the UNITA Force for the past 17 
years in our 27 old-war against the Government of President Eduardo Dos Santos.


As you know, we are in charge of the Diamond Zone of Angola and it has been our 
main source of revenue in the prosecution of the war against the government.


Following the gruesome murder of Dr. Jonas Savimbi by the Angolan Government in 
collaboration with the Portugues/Israel and South Africa  and the recent mutiny 
among the UNITA force on who to take over the mantle of leadership of the UNITA 
movement, I felt my life and position is threngthened and have to leave for fear 
of not being assassinated.


As a commandant in the Directorate of Finance and Supply, my role is to monitor 
the sales of our mineral resources (Diamond and Oil) and procurement of Military 
Hard-Wares through smuggling since we are under the United Nations embargo for 
fighting our course.  Because of the frezening of our Accounts and Assets all 
over by the United Nations, we resorted to keeping our funds in private security 
firms in South Africa, Spain, Holland, Canada and Malaysia.


Currently, I have a total of USD$25Million (Twenty-Five MillionUnited State 
Dollars) with a private security firm in South Africa which need to be 
transferred out of Africa immediately due to the recent turn of events in the 
UNITA Force.  The documents of proof are intact with me and my plan is to get 
this fund transfer to the custody of a trusted source that will act as 
beneficiary to this fund on my behalf. This is because I want to start living a 
new life outside the shores of Africa following the recent mutiny among the rank 
and files of the UNITA force.


I want this business executed immediately because the UNITA Force is hurting for 
me at all cost due to my closeness to Dr. Jonas Savimbi and my position in the 
command.  Your remunerations for assisting me willbe discussed by two of us when 
I receive your consent.
