Whatever log information is provided by the web/ftp/mail servers that may contain information about you is condensed so we can put a pin in a map showing which country you've come from, if there isn't already a pin for that country.
If you order something from the site, the order form is printed and placed into a filing cabinet as a record of the transaction. The data is not kept on the server, but at the site providing the shopping cart, a third party company at www.webstoreinc.com. We have no control over WebStoreInc's server, but WebStoreInc does have a reasonable privacy policy.
Email addresses are ignored unless you make a comment or ask a question. In this case they are used solely for any necessary reply. In no case are the email addresses harvested, and they are never revealed to anyone else. By my last email log check over three and a half months (Oct 2000 to Jan 2001) this site received 15,390 mail messages of which 14,946 were pure spam and were deleted by the spam catcher. This leaves this site with 444 messages, a number of which were still spam, so I have no intention of helping any idiot spammers. In fact you may visit my spam page to find more views on spam.
As you may notice this site doesn't trouble you with advertising banners so no one visiting will be scrutinized by those companies.
Sometimes, if the logs show a particularly interesting domain name, that site may be personally visited just to see what's there.
